4. Booking Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking

• Full payment is due 14 days before the event

• Services are not guaranteed until the deposit and signed contract are received

• Late payments may result in service cancellation

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather without an agreed-upon backup plan

• Bloom & Barrel reserves the right to cancel due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or client breach, in which case a full or partial refund may be issued

6. Alcohol Service Disclaimer

• The client must provide alcohol unless local laws and licensing permit Bloom & Barrel to offer it

• We serve alcohol responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication or under the legal drinking age

• IDs may be requested at any time during service

• We do not allow self-service or guest access behind the bar

7. Weather, Safety, & Venue Requirements

• Clients are responsible for providing proper shelter and ground conditions for setup and service

• We are not liable for service interruption due to weather-related issues or unsafe terrain

• Access to water, electricity (if applicable), and a level service area must be arranged prior to the event

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and design—is owned by Bloom & Barrel or its creators and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Liability

Bloom & Barrel is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by guests during or after alcohol consumption

• Any property damage outside the scope of our setup or service

• Client-provided equipment, alcohol, or decor

We carry general and liquor liability insurance and will provide documentation upon request.
